Northland Buildings Announce Top Sales Awards
Every year we take time to honor our sales force for their dedication and hard work.
We had a good year in 2008, and even though there were many
challenges to face, our sales staff stepped up and got the job
done. Chris Conlon, President, presented the awards to all the
winners.

Jack Claringbole Award of Excellence
Steve Schwebke, Mankato, MN Sales Center
The top sales award went to Steve Schwebke from Mankato
Center who had an amazing year! His top sales of $1,815,391 were
very impressive! Steve was awarded an engraved wood plaque, a
Gold Club Award plaque for sales over one million dollars and
two free plane tickets for anywhere in the continental US!
Congratulations, Steve --keep up the great sales!

Center of the Year
Brownsville, WI Sales Center
Kevin Volbright accepted the 2008 Center of the Year award- great job by the team in Brownsville!

Rising Star Award
Paul Leonard, Little Falls, MN Sales Center
This “rookie” award was given to Paul Leonard of Little Falls Center. Congratulations to Paul for his great efforts in racking up the sales for Little Falls!

Chris Conlon presented Gold Club awards to those wtih sales over $1,000,000. And they each received two round trip plane tickets
to anywhere in the continental U.S. Congratulations to Steve Schwebke of the Mankato Center, Keith Stoos of the Rochester Center and
Dan Mish of the Brownsville Center.
Chris Conlon presented Silver Club awards to those with sales over $800,000. Congratulations to Dave Baldner of the Rochester Center,
Larry Kobs of the Eau Claire Center and Gary Sterr of the Minocqua Center.
Chris Conlon presented Bronze Club awards to those wtih sales over $600,000. Congratulations to Larry Stuhr of the Brownsville Center,
Russ Pride of the Minocqua Center, Tom Johnson of the Eau Claire Center and Paul Leonard of the Little Falls Center.
